About this deal

She delivers various events in the UK and abroad and is happy to deliver a staff development event at your organisation if you wish. This user-friendly text is your guide to all units of the Award and is the key text for this course. Without actually doing the work for the student this text (if read) will enable effective and enjoyable learning and really help with assignment completion, would not have the students be without a copy. Both are good books with all of the essential information, however I find that the relevant information seems easier to find with the other book.

I bought this book to complete the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (I passed), the book had all the answers and made everything very clear. She creates resources for teachers and learners such as PowerPoints and handouts for the assessment, quality assurance, and teacher training qualifications. PowerPoints are available for teachers which contain similar information to the information leaflets , but also include detailed presenter notes and activities for learners. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. I've had this book for a short time now and I can honestly say if you know what you're doing and you've been teaching for a couple of years without a qualification this book will help you by teaching you the finer points. It includes details of the three Award’s units and their equivalents from the Learning and Development units.

The plan is in Word for you to amend according to the assessment methods you will use and the target dates you will set. A comprehensive 4 page checklist containing over 100 questions based on the five aspects of the teaching, learning and assessment cycle. She has a Masters degree in Educational Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, a Degree in Education, is a Fellow of SET and holds QTLS status. We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others.Information leaflets are available for learners which contain most of the information from the PowerPoints, these can be used as handouts to support the presentation.

This book is no longer in print, but forged the beginning of her writing career and her aim of helping trainee teachers with their role. I have used her books for many years and find them invaluable for my learners to use as the main book to help them through this course.

pages of information explaining the five aspects of the cycle, with a diagram showing the stages of identifying needs, planning, facilitating, assessing and evaluating learning.

pages containing two tables, one of approximately 40 examples of potential needs, barriers and challenges, and the other of approximately 10 examples of needs with associated points of referral. pages listing guidance and evidence which could be produced to meet the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the unit Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training.
