About this deal

The Air porch has adjustable peg points so you con fit it according to the terrain on your latest camp site. Curtains on the window are designed with toggles for multiple height options to improve your privacy. WATERPROOF AND VENTILATED - The 6000mm HH fly sheet, with fully taped seams, withstands heavy rain, snow and winds. We certainly have no regrets with purchasing this tent, and our family will continue to give it a good hammering throughout the coming season (whichever one that may be). The Berghaus Air 6 XL is an inflatable tent which can comfortably accommodate 6 people in the sleeping area, and even more if you use the living area for sleeping (or purchase the optional side-porch awning).

I used my air porch for the first time last weekend and was wondering at the time how i could do this? If any other people come with us, we either make use of the room dividers or stick them in the middle section. Only issue we had was with the instructions which are very poorly written and didn’t make any sense. As there are always at least 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids), we decided that the Air 8 would give us the room and flexibility that we would need. Overall, the Berghaus Air 6 XL is a very competent and well designed tent which takes into consideration all of the requirements for comfortable family camping. The Berghaus Air 600 Nightfall is a luxury six-person tent made from premium fabrics and features a convenient air inflation system that makes set-up quick and easy.

I recommend that you initially inflate the airbeams to 4 bar and then add more air once you’ve pegged out the tent completely. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. We have used it twice and it has proven to be without fault, bring on August Bank Holiday for our next outing.

We use the Berghaus Air Tent for the more exposed coastal locations camp sites we use where the wind speed gets quite strong at times.

com Limited is an Appointed Representative of Compare The Market Limited who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The large sleeping area allows you to configure it between one large bedroom or 3 separate sleeping areas, which can be separated off for increased privacy using the sewn-in dividers. INFLATABLE BEAMS No need for fiddly poles, instead the tent has inflatable high-performance air beams with dual action stirrup pump. The problem is with the air getting trapped in the tubes and not allowing easy packing of the porch in its bag. I re-positioned the porch twice trying to get in in the right place but I was hampered by the ground which was a thin layer of grass over shingle so the cheap light weight tent pegs they supply with the porch are not up to the job and bend easily!Featuring the same rapid-inflation system as the tent, the porch uses air beams to construct a stable space with ease. It includes a porch on the front as well as two side entrances, one of which includes an inflatable rain brow. Couple of friends of ours have various models of these Berghaus air tents and all of them have been impressed, hence me going down this route.

Take car to ensure any stones or sharp objects are removed before you lay the footprint down so as not to damage the main tent later. Once assembled, the beams are super-strong and able to withstand wind and rain to keep you comfortable and safe. The Berghaus Air 6 XL includes a rainbrow above one of the side doors The rainbrow has a different valve fitting than the main airbeams. Only found 1 photo online of it fitted to the 6xl, just wonder if there’s any other owners out there who could share some photos / their experience. tent purchased last year, porch weeks ago) however porch does not have a sewn in ground sheet unlike the tent, and when wet and windy water comes in , leaving floor area damp and with puddles, (especially last weekend, rained all time we camped)! Blowing the air ribs up (5 of them) is simple, just attach the supplied pump, push it up and down a few times whilst watching the pressure gauge and that’s it.
