Gently apply with your fingertips or a cotton pad over the face and neck, including the eye area (avoid lash line and eyelids).The freebies that came with it in my parcel were lovely as well :) its packaging was lovely and came with a nice note. I understand it is obviously a culmination of this TONER working in conjunction with the other products I'm using but it is simply the find of this century.
