About this deal

HOWEVER, if I don't use the Bath and Body Works lotion, the Ivy comes out and its just too masculine. The composition starts with a real citrusy explosion: bergamot, mandarin orange, lemon, grapefruit, followed by juicy pineapple and melon. This frag holds steady ground on the light notes with citrus and tropical fruits and dries down to a sandlewood which gives it that masculine vibe. The rambunctious citrus opening pushes Weekend into competition with other fragrances that it really shouldn't bother with.

I was honestly surprised to find there is no lavender in this as the opening is really reminiscent of pure Lavender. After reading several reviews of this frag i had to go and look for my bottle which i had not seen for some time. not just becasue it was from a special person but its because it smells very unique and it projects very well! This classic scent has an invigorating appeal, with a fresh touch to add instant Burberry smarts to your day.

However, I found that as it dried down, the citrus gave way to a musky, overly synthetic "honey-like" smell that started to annoy me the more I stayed in contact with it - even though I'd only sprayed it on one arm.I imagine that this cologne has got some note that was in vogue for fresh colognes at that time and which I have not felt since. Apre con gli agrumi limone su tutti ma la nota verde di edera accompagna la fragranza dalla testa al cuore senza mai abbandonarla. Plus living in the tropical paradise where its summer 24/7 and having my office right beside the ocean doesn't make such a summery poolside lounging kind of smell obnoxious at all :) I recommend you ladies to go for the mens version as opposed to the ladies version coz that is just downright God awful! The soft honey toward the end is a nice finish, but the peak of this experience for me is in the first 2 hours.

Plus, the citrus only lasts like 2 minute before it goes straight to honey and something else that I can't figure out. It was a beautiful combination, I have always liked layering scents as they become more personal, and this combination was really earthy and green smelt a bit like freshly cut grass with a bit of spice ! An invigorating fragrance with citrus top notes of fresh lemon, grapefruit and sweet tangerine and soft heart notes of oak moss, ivy leaves and sandalwood.with ivy out front and centre, i find it quite linear and thats good because i do like linear fragrances. The scent opens with top notes of lemon, grapefruit and tangerine, middle notes are oak-moss, ivy leaves and sandalwood.

I bough some at an airport while intransitive becaus I had forgotten to pack cologne and here wasn much o choose from. We’re The Fragrance Warehouse; the retailer here to provide you with the latest fragrances and cosmetics. It was much more masculine on me and I got oakmoss and sandalwood notes exclusively, nothing suggesting honey or fruit.at first when I smelled the opening it smelled like a citronella candle (the ones to keep mosquitoes away) and the drydown smelled a bit like it as well. In the heart of the fragrance, you'll find the soft and earthy notes of oak moss, ivy leaves, and sandalwood. If the inicial blast promises something really citric, what I quickly get is something more flowery or anything else but citric, what surprises me considering the notes I´m seing here (bergamota, grapefruit, lemon). As it transitions to the heart a gorgeous sandalwood also emerges as support for the citrus, followed by musky amber-honey as it's drying down. Like others have mentioned, the first impressions are an immediate hit of citrus aroma that's very pleasing.
