While I don’t normally layer moisturizer (I have combination skin), I find that I have to with this one. Alternative to snail cream
It moisturizes well, so it works great in my evening skincare routine, but I have used it under my makeup with great results, too. Hydrating. And once I’ve put the proper amount of product my skin needs, my skin feels smooth and supple. It also looks brighter and more youthful. Advanced Snail Hydrogel Eye Patch: In both design and formulation, these patch-style hydrogel masks are superb. 15-20 minutes with the patches on works to plump up and iron out any fine lines I put them on. I like using the large pieces under my eyes, especially since they cover my cheeks as well for bonus glow and moisture. The small pieces work well on nasolabial folds or upper eyelids. Use these in the same step that you would use a regular sheet mask, and follow up with an eye cream. Bought this as I am a big fan of CosRX’s snail mucin essence. I haven’t noticed much of a difference, I use this more as a preventative measure. It comes in a pump that’s easy to control, it spreads and absorbs easily. This is a lot for an eye product and will last quite a while.
Allantoin: Allantoin is a skin-soothing and skin-conditioning agent that comes from the comfrey plant. It has exfoliating properties, promotes skin regeneration, and has anti-irritant properties. I always apply this skin repair moisturizer on a moist skin, as moisturizers binds well with the skin when applied on a moist or damp skin (not too damp or moist) which makes them work the most. And I recommend you should do same too, as moisturizers contains humectants like hyaluronic acid, glycerin and snail extract (which is the main ingredient in COSRX Advanced Snail All In One Cream) which draws or pulls moisture from the atmosphere to the skin, therefore needs to be applied on a moist skin to do the most.
